On the other side thunder uses amram and Russian r77 missile so that's why we can't say thunder is better than Rafale
Let's take an example indian airforce su 30 Mki has more range,speed and service ceiling than rafale so we can say su 30 Mki is more better than Rafale, No!. And as a fun we all have 2 legs it doesn't mean we can run more faster than Usain Bolt.
