How DRDO's Avatar spacecraft would be game changer in Indian defence and space sector?

Indian defence research and development and organisation(DRDO) is working on a reusable spacecraft for military and non military applications. This spacecraft will be capable of launching low earth orbit satellite to very low cost.

DRDO Avatar is a single stage reusable space plane. Avatar stands for aerobic vehicle for trans-atmospheric hypersonic aerospace transportation. The weight of this spacecraft will be 25 tons. This spacecraft will be many time lighter than any other reusable space craft which are currently in development.
India's Avatar programme is a humble start. This space plane will be capable of carrying payload of 1 ton. Approx 60% mass of this spacecraft will be hydrogen which will used as a fuel in this aircraft and any combustion requires oxygen, therefore the operational requirement of this spacecraft will be oxygen along with hydrogen.
This spacecraft will cary hydrogen but not oxygen. On its way to orbit the spacecraft will collect the oxygen from atmosphere and this atmospheric oxygen will be purified and stored. Unlike space shuttle this spacecraft will not launch by the help of rocket engines. Instead of that it will do a conventional takeoff and landing however it's runway will be highly longer.
For gaining escape velocity this spacecraft will need high velocity so combination of turbo-fan,ram-jet,scram-jet and cryogenic rocket motor will be used in this spacecraft. To reach upto the altitude of 10 km it will used turbo-fan,ram-jet, and scram-jet engine, once it will get a cruising speed

rocket motor will ignited and it will taking it to space. India has alredy attained the technology needed for this project.
No doubt this project is realy ambitious project and once it will be ready it becomes strategic game-changer.
